Lucy McCrorie has been passionately involved in real estate for 25 years. 14 years of buying, selling and renovating her own homes, then making the decision to become a licensed Realtor in 2013, to help others achieve their dreams.

She adds to her wealth of knowledge and experience working with buyers and sellers from all over the Greater Toronto Area, with her personal experience of living in many of Toronto’s neighbourhoods – she’s moved at least seven times! Not because she didn’t love each and every home, but because she embraces change, and immersing herself in the diverse communities of Toronto.

Lucy also uses her prior experience, gained from a robust retail management and visual merchandising career, to skillfully stage and market homes. Plus, she brings stellar negotiation strategies to the table that distinguish her clients from the competition.
