Weeks in advance of the house sale, they put together a detailed timeline, sales strategy, as well as provided us with room-by-room feedback of what they felt would need touch-ups but also provided us options, i.e. "changing light fixtures would be nice but not necessary", etc. etc. Their keen eyes and thoroughness really helped us in developing a clear job scope definition for our contractor that didn't break the bank. It was just enough to upgrade our tired looking home to a beautiful one. Have to admit that there were skeptics in our family, including myself, about the value of staging but after seeing their prior projects, we were convinced that this was the right approach for which we are now grateful that we decided to do, as we are sure that this was the reason it helped us sell our property in less than a week at 16% above asking. In this day in age, where a sense of responsibility seems to be carried loosely, we were thankful that Janette and Lucy were the ones that we were able to lean on, as they were so committed, working long hours, perfecting the home-staging with colourful artwork, etc. to doing a great job for you!
